Camden is Six Months Old!!

Could this little one be any sweeter? Even though he looks just like his Daddy. I have also been told that he looks a lot like his big sister!!!

Waving Bye Bye!!!

Waving Bye Bye to himself!!!

Well, our little one is now Six Months Old and growing leaps and bounds!! I still can't believe that he is this big already. We are all enjoying every new discovery with him and we cover him with about 1,000 kisses daily!!! He is such a good baby boy and is full of smiles all day long!! Some of the new things that he has learned are waving bye bye, rolling all over the place, he puts his hand together when you sing itsy bitsy spider, and he is finally starting to eat fruits and veggies. His face lights up anytime his brother or sister enter the room and he is still very much a Mommies Boy!!! He loves music and will sing along with all the praise and worship music we play in the car. Of course, his favorite is still Dean Martin and any time he is crying all you have to do is play "Amore" and he stops instantly!!! Carsen and Presley did the same thing!! My kids just love to hear the voice of Dean!!! He is reaching for every thing and trying to put it in his mouth. We are trying to teach him to say Ma Ma and Da Da but so far he has not been interested. He is starting to put his legs under himself when he is on his belly so I can only assume that crawling is right around the corner. I am filled with so much love and joy every time I look at his sweet little face. He is such a blessing to our family and we Thank God every day for choosing us as his parents. We can't wait to see what God has in store for his life!! Right now I am just enjoying every milestone because I know that they will all pass so quickly.
Six Months:
Height: 26 1/2 inches
Weight: 16lbs. 15oz

Camden has Teeth!!

Well, Camden has two teeth!! I can't believe how big he is getting. Here is the string of pictures that it took in order for me just to get a shot of the pearly whites!! As you can tell by the end he was crying and that was the only was I could get a good shot of them. Every time I would pull his lip down to get a picture he would stick his tongue out!! What Mommies will do to record a memory!!

Carsen and his Lego's!!

Carsen's new passion is Lego's!! He loves all of the Lego Star Wars ships but has not been able to put them together with out his Daddy. For Christmas Ommie and Granddaddy bought him a Lego set that has 1000 pieces to it and you can build all different kinds of space ships. Tom has been working with him on the directions and now Carsen is putting them together himself. Here is one that he made the other day. I know that it doesn't seem like a lot, but for those of you who have boys realize that this is a big step when they are able to SIT STILL and do this all by themselves. Plus, the pieces are so small and there are so many steps to get one of these together. Things like this are made for Carsen he is all about directions and detail!! Of course, I am sure that Daddy will still be building with him since he loves to do just as much as Carsen. I have decided that it must be a BOY thing!!!

Look at that Belly!!!

Carsen and Presley love to hold Camden in the morning when he wakes up!! On this particular morning he woke up all wet and I had to change his clothes so they wanted to hold him in his diaper. Of course, he loved it!!! Don't be fooled by the Christmas PJ's it is June!!! My kids love their jammies so much that I have to hide them in order for them to stop putting them on!!

A wonderful week at VBS!!!

These two look awfully cute together!!! Maybe there is a future there!!!

My kids went to VBS at Christina's mom's (Gamma) church this year. We always attend VBS and it means so much to me personally to see all of the children that are there to hear about the love of Jesus!!! This year we are going to be out of town when our church is doing VBS so Christina mentioned that we should go with her kids to Gamma's church. What a blessing it was!!! Carsen and Presley had the greatest time and everyday when I picked them up all they could do was talk about going back the next day. It always touches my heart to see kids so excited to hear about Jesus!! This was such a great experience for my kids they did mission projects, learned different verses from the bible, did great crafts, and on the Sunday following they had a water balloon fight and ice cream party!!! This was an experience that Carsen and Presley will carry with them forever!!!

Playdate with Parker and Davis!!

Parker and Carsen playing the Wii!! I have no idea how Parker sits like that and still walks!!!

One of the best things about summer is playing with friends!! We had a play date with Parker and Davis the other day and the kids had a BLAST!!! They played outside, ate ice pops, and of course the wii!!! I love to watch these kids play together because they just keep me laughing!!! I hope they will be life long friends. The greatest story of the day was a lunch when Carsen told Davis that he was so lucky to get to come because at first Mrs. Christina said he couldn't come and then she changed her mind (which that wasn't true!!). Parker said "yes my mom probably changed her mind and let Davis come so that the house would be quite while she was taking her nap!!!!" I almost fell over laughing!!! Mrs. Christina I hope you got a great nap that day!!! (Ha!Ha!)

A tea party play date

Presley invited Emily over for a play date yesterday. Emily and Presley were in the same preschool class and became good friends. The girls decided that they wanted to dress up as princesses and have a tea party. Of course, I was all for that idea since Presley is usually dressed up as a super hero or a power ranger. They had tea, brownies, goldfish, and grapes. Afterwards I gave them a mani/pedi!!! What a great day to be a girl!!! I think Mommy enjoyed the tea party the most!!!

Just another night in our house!!!

This was one of those nights were I knew if I didn't grab my camera I would be sorry!! Tom and I went to check on the kids and this is what we found. When Grammie came to visit last week she brought Carsen a new "night mask" so he gave is other one to Presley. Of course, she wants to be like her big brother so she wears it!!! Carsen was not willing to give up Teddy (just like I thought) so I bought Camden a monkey. He loves it!!! As you can probably tell Tom and I get so tickled every time we go and check on the kids at night!! Life is so good!!!

Camden with Carsen's Teddy!!!

Camden was having a rough time taking his nap the other day so I decided to give him Carsen's teddy to hold on to since Carsen was not at home!! Well as you can see he loved it!! Anyone who knows Carsen knows that he doesn't go to sleep without his Teddy and Kitty!! I guess I will have to find something similar for Camden to sleep with since I can promise you that Carsen is not going to give up his Teddy!!! I love that Carsen is seven and still sleeps with them it is a reminder to me that there are still times when he is little!! There is nothing sweeter than seeing a little baby sleeping with his favorite friend!!

Fun at the Pool!!!

Carsen and Presley both used this water float!!! I love t0 see my third little baby in the same float!!

We have kicked the summer off with fun at the pool with our friends. We finally put Camden in the pool and even though he cried a little at first he was loving it my the end. I have no doubt that he is going to be a little "fish" like our other two!! My kids just love the water so much that once we get to the pool it is really hard to get them out!!! They are already starting to get little tans and they pretty much live in their swim suits!! I told Tom you know that is has been a fun day when you eat dinner in your swim suit and return back to the pool when you are done!!! I love making sweet summer memories with my children!!

Memorial Day Fun!!!

Our church does the cutest Memorial Day Parade and of course the kids want to be part of the action!! My mom joined us this year as we watched all of the floats and kids in the parade and of course caught lots of candy!! This is such a fun thing to do in the morning and a great way to kick off the day remembering all of those that fight for our freedom and have lost their lives in order for us to be free. This parade also brings up a lot of conversation with our kids about their Papa who is now in heaven but while he was here on earth there was nothing he was more proud of than serving his country. This is where Camden received his middle name Leo!! My kids miss him so much and this is a wonderful day to remember him. He wouldn't want it any other way!!! We love and miss you so much Papa Leo!!!
